How it works
1. Register the deal
Submit the form below with your prospect's company. We confirm approval within 2 business days, and the deal is protected for you for 180 days.
2. Make the introduction
One intro email or one joint meeting is all we ask. We handle demos, contracts, billing and support directly.
3. Get paid monthly
Commission is calculated on actual Stripe revenue and paid monthly (NET-60) in USD or JPY. Seat expansions count automatically.

Do I need to sell or support anything?
No. You provide the introduction; koedesk runs the entire sales cycle, contract, billing and support.
Can I work with competing products?
Yes. There is no exclusivity requirement.
How are payments made?
Monthly closing, paid NET-60 with a statement. Bank transfer (Japan), Wise or PayPal (international). Transfer fees are on us. Minimum payout $30.
What is excluded?
Contracts via iOS/Android in-app purchase (not trackable), free plans, and self-referrals.
