Delete your koedesk account

You can permanently delete your koedesk account and all associated data at any time.

From within the app

  1. Open koedesk.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

If you no longer have the app

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account and profile (email, sign-in identity).
  • Your custom dictionary.
  • Your usage history and any settings stored with your account.
  • Your subscription association.

koedesk does not retain your audio. Records we are legally required to keep (for example, billing records for tax purposes) may be retained for the period required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
